The Notice of Preparation (NOP) for an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been published. The NOP identifies potential environmental impacts that will be addressed in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared for the General Plan Update. Comments on the NOP will be accepted through July 20, 2011 and may be submitted in writing to Stephen Hackney, Director of Planning and Building, County of Colusa, Department of Planning and Building, 220 12th Street, Colusa, CA, 95932, or may be made orally at the public scoping meeting that will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 9:00 am at the Colusa County Board Chambers, 547 Market Street in Colusa.
